Trifecta 3-in-1 Battery

This review is on the new Bloog Trifecta 3-in-1 Battery.  It can be found at www.bloogplanet.com.  You can use the code ecritic to save 10%.  I purchased 1 of these at $39.95, a bit high for a  battery, or at least I thought.  They fit any standard KR808D-1 threaded cartridges or cartomizers.  I can use all of my Halo G6, V2 Cigs, Smokeless Image, Vapor4Life and most other KR808D-1 cartridges.  The reason I choose this battery was because it’s based on the 78mm (but with the extras for pass through it comes out to over 100mm in length) and offers something new:  With 2 clicks, it will become either manual or automatic.  Plus, it even will charge and/or become a pass-through!  This I had to see for myself..

The batteries have the 2-click function that allows you to turn on and off automatic vaping.  I was able to easily switch between the 2 functions, switching between vaps.  This really is good for e-cig vapers that carry their e-cigs in their pocket; simply switch to automatic to avoid pocket pressing your battery to death.  This also works for me, since it is a longer e-cig, it’s a bit much to hold with your teeth and vap, so I usually hold it anyway.  Because of this I keep it in manual mode most of the time.  Also,this battery has a weird issue with not priming when you pull too lightly, manual made sure I keep it heating my atomizer when I need it too.   The batteries last about 2.5-3.5 hours depending on usage.  They recharge in about an hour and a half to 2 hours, pretty standard.  They are also KR808D-1 sized batteries so they fit other cartomizers with that size easily (V2Cigs, Halo, Vapor4Life and Smokeless Image all have the same size).

The pass-through deserved a separate section.  It works just as a pass-through would.  Except for one part.  When the battery was completely spent, it doesn’t prime up to heat the atomizer.  But, when I wait about 5 minutes it works well.  Since it is a larger, it has that extra cushion before it runs out completely.

The battery functions pretty well.  I have been able to use this battery for a while and not worry about it running low on charge for some hours.  I enjoy the multiple options I get with this battery.  When I get to work or sit at my PC, I can simply hook up my battery to the USB cable and continue to vape.  The price is a little higher, but I reason it’s a 3 full featured battery, Manual, Pocket carry (I rarely use automatic to vape, just to pocket carry) and as a pass-through.
