Please follow this link and find out how You can help cattle this proposed ban New York officials are seeking to pass:

CASAA and NYC vapers had previously been led to believe that the sponsors of these proposed ordinances were likely to put forward amendments exempting e-cigarettes from NYC’s new definition of “tobacco product…”

California has a new bill that will attempt to ban e-cigs.  They are another of many states that are attempting to take action against e-cigs.  If passed they will label e-cigs as “is a hazard to the health of the general public” and regulate it as such.

You can take part in blocking this.  Just go to CASAA (The Consumer Advocates for Smoke-free alternatives Associations) to find out how you can join in and help prevent this from happening.

But not totally Healthy.  This article exams the results of a scientific study by an interdependent source (Not funded by e-cig companies of cigarette companies) and shows that E-cigs are definitely safer that regular cigarettes… but not safer than not doing either.

Utah House shoots down a proposed tax hike for E-Cigs.  In a vote of 29 – 44, Utah’s House becomes yet another battleground hard fought and won for the e-cig community and vendors.  Putting a face to the fear the e-cig community is dreading if the FDA imposes regulation on E-cigs, this battle was closely watch by all involved.  Largely in part to the large e-cig community and CASAA I believe this happened.

Hopefully the e-cig community will continue to pull together and battle these laws as they come forward.  This, by no long shot is the end but still a great victory.

The big question on everyone’s mind is: What happened to Safecig? They were one of the products on my “To Do” list. I heard from some readers who asked me the same question. I tried to contact them again… nothing. The site is down. I really hope they pull through, a lot of people had great things to say about them. As I find info, I’ll be sure to post. But, those batteries don’t have to go to waste. For all present Safecig users, you can get an adapter! That way you don’t have to buy a whole new kit.

NEWS UPDATE:  So, it looks like SafeCig has joined up with some partners in a new deal, at least according to this article:  Read it here.

NEW NEWS UPDATE:  Per comment listed below from a claimed “Former SafeCig Employer”, this article (http://mr-cameron-keep-your-word.tumblr.com/post/44586548019/theft-and-robbery) sheds a gloomy light over the SafeCig issue.  It is a very said tale that is worth the read.  If there is anything we, the people that believe in this document, can do, I hope those avenues become available soon.

The allegations listed here are quoted as being from one of the original owners of SafeCig, Rob Deak.  It’s a tale of betrayal and deceit from someone they trusted, so the story says.  Give a read, and you decide.

The third and final section of the “Why Even Bother with Advanced E-Cigs?” article has been posted.  Once I review a Mechanical Mod, which is in the mail, I will begin posting all of my reviews on the Advanced Mod’s I’ve been using.

The process has begun for Advanced e-cigs reviews. I’ve been using some for sometime now and the reviews will begin to show on the site pretty soon. But, before I do, I had to answer one question a few people have asked already: “Why should I even bother with these huge Advanced E cigs?”

To really answer that question  we need to look at some basic information.  To this end, there is a three part… explanation of my personal journey and why I choose to explore e-cigs in the hopes that this may answer… some of your questions and maybe help guide you in this direction if you so choose.

So, part 1 of 3 is up.  Follow this link to begin… the journey.

We need your help to prevent the FDA from banning the sale or use of electronic cigarettes. Follow this link to sign the petition and stop them from banning our e-cigs.
